Just got my copy of this BFI DVD in the post yesterday so am working my way through the many hours of footage documenting 'a century of folk customs and ancient rural games'- 2 hours down and I am still enjoying it!

Lewes

Had a nice wander around Lewes last weekend in the sun and picked up a few bits - spent a grand total of 75p I think!
Lovely colours on this french map. The book 'Visitor's London' I picked up because it is full of lovely (tiny) wood engravings including a few by Ravillious. The little one of the pearly Kings and Queens reminded me of some drawings I did way back at the beginning of Summer which I have posted HERE.
